The resort is truly beautiful, primarily offering a comfortable stay with excellent staff who went above and beyond to assist us. Although the room was spacious and generally clean, the noise from above can be quite disruptive, and the cost seems a bit high for the overall value. The amenities, including the pool and hot tub, were delightful, but the dining options were somewhat limited during our stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Jordan and Liam at the front desk, who quickly arranged a room change for us and made our stay much more comfortable.

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable with a beautiful view of Osoyoos Lake and easy access to the beach. The room was spacious and cozy, although some maintenance issues were noticeable. The location is super convenient with nearby grocery stores and wineries to explore, making it perfect for relaxing. However, the hotel could use a thorough cleaning as I found dust in several places, and the presence of wildfire smoke during my visit was unfortunate and affected our outdoor plans.
